Jamie Kim

Understanding people means finding clarity in their complexity.

My path into UX started in IT, working as a manufacturing technician and technical support engineer, gaining hands-on experience with complex systems and real users that built empathy long before I had a research degree.

I later earned my MS in Human-Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington, and currently work in UX Research Operations, supporting research teams end-to-end while continuing to grow as a designer through projects like the ones here.
